Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to PM teamsManage, keep record also organize on budget related document, system input and issue assigned report according to the PM planCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesHandle inventory management, pricing control to support team achievementCollect, verify and analyze marketing budget to ensure that all the data is accuracy and efficiencyWork closely with SAP/ ERP System, budgeting and reportingPerforms other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistic, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields0 - 3 years of experience in Sales Operation and Marketing operationNew graduate is also welcomeStrong analytical, mathematic, and numerical skills by using MS ExcelExact, detail-oriented and well-organized personGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work well under high pressureGood command of spoken and written in EnglishComputer literacy especially advanced in MS Excel, ability to use SAP is preferable
