Non-Yen Debt Operations team is responsible for the settlement/client services and corporate action controls for foreign fixed income products traded by BofASJ. Fixed Income products in scope are Non Yen Bonds (cash and repo).
**Responsibilities:**
1) Settlement control for bonds traded by BofASJ/Affiliates sales and trading desks
2) Perform day to day on Client Service function/Settlement monitor in BofASJ entity
3) Generate regulatory report for FSA, BOJ and legal ledgers as stipulated by regulation
4) Customer/Broker services including Settlement confirmation and support of inquiries
5) Corporate Action (Coupon/Redemption Payments)
**Requirements:**
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure while adhering to tight deadlines
- Strong team player and ability to work well independently and collaboratively with peers and stakeholders
- Attention to details and the ability to process tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Control focused with a good understanding of risks and the impacts of errors
- Proficient in using Excel and other MS applications
- Business level in written and spoken English / Japanese
- Background in Securities Operations is preferable
