Job DescriptionAchieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales, productivity, CCR & flexibility targets.Maintain Customer Services KPIs.   Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.Ensure all customer queries are answered on time; escalate issues to appropriate team members.Selling products and solutions. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling.

QualificationsBusiness graduate from any reputed UniversityPositive attitude towards managing customersHigh level of communication, negotiation, planning skillsWilling to travel different places where our customers have their factories1-2 years of experience will be an added advantage
