Job DescriptionApplication Support - Responsible for the Support and Administration of the Bank Application (Finacle, Workflow & Reports) and Services (LINUX) used by the Finacle core support team for business continuity. Ensure smooth running of the core application systems through process issue resolutions and optimisation where required.
Ensure that all work requests/incidents logged on IT Remedy are responded to and resolved within the agreed time frame. Also, ensure that calls are escalated and communicated to the required support area and user.
