What you will be responsible for
As SRA you will
Analyze business requirements in regards to complex reports/dashboards in State Street’s proprietary report development platform. Participate in information delivery and business intelligence strategy sessionsComplete data analysis, profiling, and data mappings.Liaise with data experts, data sourcing resources and assist in the data validation process and Write queriesAssist in the development the conceptual/logical data models with appropriate business contextsPerform data gap analysis on complex financial dataEnsure project activity is customer focused, results oriented, performance driven, and in compliance with all applicable internal and external requirementsEmploy analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to improve performanceStudy, evaluate, and document current and future business processes while staying aligned with strategic goalsMaintain effective working relationships with organizational team and clientsWhat we value

Demonstrated excellence in business writing, development of business process flow diagrams, making comparisons regarding current and future processes, and effective communicationExcellent oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences with excellent facilitationAbility to articulate basic project methodology concepts using either SDLC or AgileAbility to analyze entity-relationship diagrams and logical data models to validate design against requirementsAbility to write complex SQL code for strong data analysis through queries, data profiling, and data validation exercisesFamiliarity with financial reporting, business intelligence, and data warehousing principlesPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent,Demonstrate understanding of Operations processes and procedures and an ability to learn quickly.Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.Experience with analyzing requirements, studying system capabilities, and writing detailed business requirements. A very strong interest in the underlying detail of the analysis is a must.Detailed Knowledge of Investment accounting / Front Office order management interfaces idealKnowledge of SDLC methodologiesSQL/database query skills a plusAttention to detail and problem solving a mustExperience with Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, Project, and Visio is requiredSalary Range:
$65,000 - $102,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
