Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Seattle, WA. This long-term contract position involves managing a wide range of office services and ensuring compliance with company standards while fostering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with site leadership and regional teams to optimize resources, enhance services, and maintain efficient office functions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of site operations, including reception, security, emergency response planning, environmental health and safety programs, and office supplies.
• Collaborate with site leadership and regional teams to address employee and site needs, ensuring a supportive and efficient work environment.
• Develop and implement site-level initiatives to enhance business operations and employee satisfaction.
• Oversee operational budgets, including forecasting and cost management, while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Supervise vendor contracts, insurance, and risk management to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Coordinate office moves, expansions, and facility projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business requirements.
• Maintain occupancy plans and seating assignments, utilizing available resources to support organizational needs.
• Lead sustainability and green initiatives to promote environmentally-friendly practices within the workplace.
• Monitor and enhance recycling programs, satisfaction surveys, and transport services to improve overall office operations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and compliance standards.
Requirements • Proven experience in office services management or related roles.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost optimization processes.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management practices.
• Experience supervising vendors and managing contracts.
