Office Svcs Coordinator
Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Services Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC This is a long-term contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent role, offering a dynamic work environment where you will support daily office operations and administrative tasks. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth functioning of a busy office while interacting with visitors and staff. Responsibilities: • Provide front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming environment. • Oversee office supplies, snacks, and coffee machines, ensuring items are stocked and replenished as needed. • Manage administrative tasks such as expense reports, invoice submissions, and tracking office-related expenses. • Coordinate with property management for parking access, badges, and general facility needs. • Support team meetings by preparing conference rooms and ensuring office spaces are in order. • Actively monitor the office floor to address any issues and maintain organization. • Assist with general administrative duties, including document preparation and basic PowerPoint tasks. • Engage with staff and visitors to provide exceptional customer service. • Handle high foot traffic and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain seamless office operations. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in busy front desk or service-oriented positions. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic office setting. • Familiarity with submitting expense reports and managing invoices. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other office software. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with visitors and team members. • Ability to move around the office and perform tasks that require physical activity. • Experience interfacing with property management is a plus. • A degree is preferred but not required, with an openness to hiring recent graduates eager to grow in the role.
