The firm is seeking someone who can step in to support the day-to-day flow of the office. While they're not ready to commit to a full-time hire just yet, they're looking for someone reliable, proactive, and flexible. The team is warm, professional, and grounded - and this role is essential to keeping everything running smoothly.
Details
Schedule: On-site in San Francisco, 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday, 11:30 AM-5:30 PM PT), with some flexibility. Due to a busier summer workload, the current schedule has temporarily expanded to include Thursdays as well.Start: ASAPInterviews: Taking place next weekPay: $28-29/hour, depending on experienceDuration: Temporary with potential to convertResponsibilities
Greet clients, vendors, and other visitors at the front deskSupport general administrative and office tasksHelp with meeting and event logistics, including catering setup and cleanupHandle errands, mail organization, supply stocking, and light upkeepAssist with the summer program and pitch in where needed
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in office, front desk, or facilities support.Legal or law firm experience is helpful, but not requiredStrong communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented mindsetSomeone who's proactive, friendly, and happy to jump in where needed
