If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you’re invited to apply for this role. **Job Description** This position is responsible for the performance of minimally complex projects and activities that are normally limited to a number of typical duties and responsibilities within a specific Office Services functional area. **Basic Job Requirements** • HS diploma or equivalent. • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner **Other Job Requirements** • Responsible for the successful delivery (e.g., routine planning, coordination, performance, etc.) of a single or combination of assigned Office Services functional area(s) • Coordinate the daily maintenance of facilities and grounds • Coordinate with and schedule work orders for internal or contracted service providers • Responsible for ensuring contracted service providers follow policies and practices in relation to the safe and efficient use of company facilities, equipment, and resources and maintain compliance with established scopes of work • Provide assistance over a variety of facility and office services related functional and cross-functional projects • Contribute to and promote the use of Fluor’s knowledge management portals and communities **Preferred Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree We are an equal opportunity employer. Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
