Office Services Manager\n
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Services Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of office support services. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional workplace environment through effective team management, operational oversight, and exceptional customer service.\n
Key Responsibilities:\n\nOversee and manage daily operations of office support services including:\n\nMail services\nHospitality and conference room management\nLobby and reception services\nGeneral business support functions\n\nSupervise, train, and motivate office services staff; assign tasks and monitor performance\nConduct and document employee performance evaluations, including attendance tracking and reviews\nPrepare and deliver weekly and monthly production and performance reports\nMaintain inventory and order office and pantry supplies\nEnsure consistent and effective communication with all direct reports\nSupport daily office functions by:\n\nStocking office supply areas, printer stations, kitchen pantries, and conference rooms\nProviding backup support for all Office Services roles as needed\n\nCoordinate and assist with special projects and company events\nSupport facilities-related requests by:\n\nLogging and resolving issues via ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk)\nPerforming daily walkthroughs to identify maintenance or facility issues (e.g., lighting, leaks, furniture condition)\n\nAssist with onboarding\/offboarding by coordinating employee workstation setups and office seating\nProvide regular status updates on open tickets and ensure timely resolution and closure\n
