Our client, a global private equity fund, is seeking an Office Services Coordinator in New York City. The hours are 7:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with remote flexibility every other Friday.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for building management and external vendorsMonitor and address facilities issues promptly* Oversee office and kitchen supply inventory; manage purchasing and ensure common areas remain well-stocked
* Monitor lighting, temperature control, and overall cleanliness
* Support office relocations and space changes in coordination with IT and other internal departments
* Participate in emergency preparedness efforts by serving as a deputy fire warden and assisting with building drillsManage daily food deliveries and provide reception coverage
Qualifications:
5+ years of office services experience requiredBackground in construction management or office buildouts strongly preferredExperience managing vendor relationships a plusPrior experience in professional services or corporate environments highly desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly OutlookExcellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skillsPhysically able to lift up to 20 pounds
Compensation/Benefits:
