Responsibilities:\n\nPerform a wide variety of duties such as, but not limited to; Sorting and delivering mail, shipping, meeting\/event set up and support services, reception services, stocking and maintaining of various supplies.\nAbility to commute to location in and around the greater Chicagoland area\nProvide exceptional customer service at all times\nEnsure all safety procedures are followed at all times\nOther duties as assigned by manager\nSuperior customer service skills\nReliable and self-motivated\nAble to communicate effectively with different types of people throughout all levels\nAbility to perform multiple tasks\nCan work successfully individually or in a team environment\nPossesses a \"can do\" attitude at all times\n\n

Qualifications:\n
\n\nHS Diploma or equivalency required; higher education preferred\nMinimum 1 years experience preferred in customer service or customer facing, professional environment\nProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams\nMUST possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task efficiently\nMust be adaptable to a dynamic environment while possessing strong interpersonal skills\nExcellent written, oral, and verbal customer service skills\nAble to learn new skills quickly\nFlexible and able to juggle multiple, and at times, conflicting priorities\nPunctual, dependable, and dedicated to achieving operational excellence\nMaintain a consistently professional approach, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility\nAble to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and\/or sit for extended periods of time\nAble to lift or move 40lbs or greater at times\nMust have reliable transportation\n
