Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm\n
Responsibilities:\n\nEnsure timely sorting, processing, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail\nSupport the customer service window operations and assist with inquiries.\nMaintain inventory of mailroom supplies and equipment\nDelivery packages and mail in a timely matter\nCoordinate with other departments for interoffice mail needs\nEnsure compliance with postal regulations and organizational policies\nBack up support for Team lead for facilities support.\nHandle pantry areas (Supplies, clean up)\n\n
Requirements:\n\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent required.\nAbility to lift up to 50l bs.\n1 to 2 year experience with customer service.\nProficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook \nAbility to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.\n\n
