Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
+ Ensure timely sorting, processing, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
+ Support the customer service window operations and assist with inquiries.
+ Maintain inventory of mailroom supplies and equipment
+ Delivery packages and mail in a timely matter
+ Coordinate with other departments for interoffice mail needs
+ Ensure compliance with postal regulations and organizational policies
+ Back up support for Team lead for facilities support.
+ Handle pantry areas (Supplies, clean up)
Requirements:
+ High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
+ Ability to lift up to 50l bs.
+ 1 to 2 year experience with customer service.
+ Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
+ Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
