What You'll Do
You play a key role in delivering exceptional service to staff and guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless office experience. You are a vital member of the Office Experience team, responsible for maintaining high standards across all staff and visitor touchpoints. You’ll also support team members during busy periods—particularly for internal/external events and training sessions, as well as assist with general office operations as needed.

Regularly inspecting conference rooms, communal areas, offices, and workstations to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and fully stocked suppliesEnsuring all spaces meet high standards of presentation throughout the dayOverseeing housekeeping in both individual and shared areasChecking printers to ensure they are clean, organized, and free of uncollected confidential materialsMonitoring IT equipment in offices and meeting rooms, and promptly reporting any issuesFacilities support, office maintenance and repairs:
Serve as the point of contact during office repairs, coordinating with the Office Experience team, building management, and vendorsReport and help resolve office or space-related issuesMaintain basic printer functionality—replace toner and paper, troubleshoot issues, and call for repairs as neededPrepare office spaces and lockers for new hiresCoordinate furniture moves for staff transitions or relocationsCatering coordination:
Order and set up catering for meetings and office eventsTrack catering budgets and process related invoicesResearch and build relationships with local catering vendorsOffice supplies:
Manage supply orders and ensure shared workspaces remain stocked and organizedMail coordination:

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Boston is $55,000.00 - $67,000.00
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
