Job Description:
A Service Specialist is part of a team that provides various administrative support to our clients which may include; copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services.Essential Job Responsibilities
Copy / Print Jobs – Receive, log, and complete requested print, binding, and copy jobs and other key operator functions with accuracy in a professional and timely manner. Utilize outside reprographics services if job cannot be completed in-house. Imaging Services -
Imaging services include, but are not limited to scanning, CD/DVD, thumb drive, and other media creation and conversion.
Scan and Fax Services – Receive incoming communications and documents and deliver to appropriate recipient electronically or via hard copy. Send faxes as requested.
Mail, Parcel, and Courier Services – Perform sweeps, pick up, and log outgoing mail and packages, create labels and ship using the appropriate method. Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail to designated recipients. At times, limited local courier services may be performed on foot. Provide tracking updates as needed.
Office Supply Services – Order, monitor, stock, and maintain supply room, break rooms, conference rooms, catering hubs, break rooms, and copy rooms with specialized and general office supplies.
Reception Desk Coverage – Greet guests, answer phone calls, schedule conference rooms and meeting spaces, perform administrative tasks as requested. May also perform some or a combination of office and hospitality.
Facilities Services – Assist with employee workspace relocations, office and conference room setups and breakdowns, maintain restroom and lactation room amenities. Support facility functions as requested.
Flex Services – Combined variations of all referenced services may be performed by one or more individuals, including additional tasks as requested.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services field
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
The Compensation range for this role is 17.25 to 23.00USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
