Join us and we can make a difference together. **About the role** Executes day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure that operational goals and objectives are met. **Benefits** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary. _Among the many benefits, Carrier offers Exciting innovative environment, possibility for further development and international career opportunities, high-profile team, daily use of English and other foreign languages, language courses, Competitive remuneration and other benefits (meal vouchers, contribution to life or pension insurance, holidays etc.), Flexible working hours, possibility for home office, personal days off._ **Requirements** + Previous experience with back office, administrative role as an advantage + High School/University Degree – fresh graduates are welcome + Excellent Czech and intermediate English + Great communication and organizational skills **Responsibilities** + Operate the entire office + Communicate with the building management and solve various operational issues + Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility + Solve various daily ad-hoc issues + Support organization of CSR and team events and employee engagement initiatives + CSR advertisement internally and externally, looking for new opportunities and more involvement in the CSR committee leading + Managing mail/courier deliveries: + Maintaining an up-to-date list of internal telephone numbers + Supervise the collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail + Entry system administration: + Creation of employee badges + Ensuring that visitors are entered into the visitor’s book and getting visitor´s badges + Keeping evidence of office keys. + Back-office administration: + Maintaining a consistent level of office supplies + Cooperating with suppliers + Communication with external vendors (facility management, office supplies etc.) + Invoice management in accounting systems and support for the accounting department (PO creation, GR support and other connection operations) + Legal/contract requirements – active communication with the local support, dealing with issues and proactive approach to keep good relationship + Prompt and accurate filing of documents, when required, having evidence under control + Assist with booking of local accommodation, restaurants, and travel insurance + Making a good first impression - greeting company visitors in a representative manner ensuring a positive impression of the company. Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms clean and organized, preparing meeting rooms for visitors + Help with plant care, replenishment of coffee, tea, milk in the kitchen + Close cooperation with IT team and support with simple tasks and supplies – ordering IT equipment, preparing eSim cards, keeping records of IT equipment + Involvement in the local government requirements + Support business travel arrangements + Other support to CBS Operation as required by management **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
