$53,600.04-$67,000.05Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Office Manager to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and comfortable managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Oversee three programs; Norwood News, Jerome Gun Hill BID, MPC.
Key Responsibilities:Process invoices and ensure timely payments and accurate recordkeepingAnswer and direct incoming phone calls professionallyFollow up with internal and external points of contact regarding outstanding issues, documents, or tasksPerform general filing and maintain organized records (digital and physical)Support normal office operations, including ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with vendorsServe as the main point of contact for office-related questions or needsMaintain a clean, efficient, and well-functioning office environmentQualifications:High School Diploma or GED required Prior experience in office management or administrative rolesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize duties effectivelyHigh level of professionalism and discretionComfortable working independently and taking initiativePreferred Qualifications:
Experience with invoice processing or basic bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)Previous experience in a temporary or contract-based roleAssociates degree preferred Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
