Office Manager - AEC Experienced

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager with experience in the AEC industry to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating a well-organized and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor managementCoordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with building management as neededOrganize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company eventsSupport HR and Finance teams with onboarding, payroll, and expense reportingMaintain accurate and confidential office and employee recordsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsFoster a positive, inclusive, and productive office cultureRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in the AEC industryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and BQE CoreExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyHigh level of discretion and confidentialityKey Skills:

Office management, QuickBooks, BQE Core, Microsoft Office

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
