Responsibilities:\n\nProvide reception services while managing the Mail and Packages. Will serve as the facility and security point person.\nManages the office including resolving all facility related issues in a timely fashion.\nPerform daily facility walk through of building space to ensure the facility is in good working conditions.\nProvide mailroom\/shipping\/receiving\/exporting duties. \nScans all incoming mail into the proper DMS queues \nProvide reception duties. \nGreets customers, vendors, job applicants, employees from other locations and other visitors with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy. \nAppropriately direct visitors and guests by announcing to employee that their guest(s) has arrived. \nMaintains safe and clean lobby area. \nAssist in site space planning activities and implementation. \nAct as liaison with Property Management in handling daily issues\nKeeps office and kitchen area clean while performing some porter duties \nAssists with the AP process; coding, scanning and creating Purchase Orders on behalf of PayPal \nCreates employee and visitor badges\n\n

Qualifications:\n

 \n\n3-5 years related experience; Facilities and\/or Office management experience required. \nEnthusiastic positive individual. \nProficient in computer and internet skills, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience will be considered.\nTeam Player with a professional presence and exceptional customer service\n\n
