Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This multifaceted role combines responsibilities across office administration, human resources, and accounting, making it ideal for a professional with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
+ Facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
+ Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training efforts.
+ Maintain accurate employee records and assist in compliance tracking and HR documentation.
+ Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and office-wide initiatives.
Office Administration:
+ Manage office operations by coordinating administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and supply inventory management.
+ Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office communications to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
+ Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Accounting Support:
+ Assist with accounts receivable functions, including cash application, collections, and processing credit applications.
+ Perform customer account updates and light bookkeeping tasks as needed.
+ Participate in cross-training initiatives within the accounting department to ensure adequate coverage.
Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.
• Proficiency in managing office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including cash applications.
• Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and employee training procedures.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle receptionist duties and maintain clear and effective communication.
• Experience with bookkeeping tasks and support for month-end accounting processes.
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
