Office Manager
Description We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Office Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Contract to permanent position involves providing essential administrative support to students, families, and staff in a dynamic school environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, and committed to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: • Greet students and facilitate daily check-ins while ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment. • Oversee the enrollment process, including creating and maintaining accurate student accounts. • Handle requests for transcripts and records by coordinating with previous schools in a timely manner. • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to address inquiries and provide assistance to students, families, and staff. • Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, including ordering and inventory maintenance. • Perform receptionist duties such as answering calls, managing correspondence, and directing visitors. • Support accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely payments. • Assist with annual enrollment tasks and ensure all administrative requirements are met. • Maintain a calm and detail-oriented demeanor when managing multiple responsibilities or addressing unexpected challenges. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative office management or related roles. • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. • Familiarity with accounts payable processes and basic financial documentation. • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear and precise communication. • Proficiency in using office equipment and software for administrative tasks. • Ability to manage and maintain office supplies and inventory efficiently. • Experience in handling enrollment processes and maintaining accurate records.
