IAA, an RB Global Inc. company, is seeking an Office Manager to join our team!  

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following): 

Coordinate and administer general business office activities 

Supervise branch and office services such as mail and messenger, duplicating, central filing, word processing, faxing, telephone, stationary supplies, order processing and security  

Maintain high levels of customer service 

Design more efficient ways of processing work 

Develop working relationships with vendors 

Facilitate employee teamwork to meet our customers’ needs 

Resolve branch-level employee issues  

Minimum Requirements: 

Solid customer service skills 

Strong leadership skills 

Basic computer skills 

Time management skills 

Positive attitude 

Ability to work independently  

Clear communication skills 

Professional and clean appearance 

Preferred Skills: 

3-5 years of management experience  

High School diploma or equivalent experience  

Auto titling and auto industry experience  

Exposure to managing salvage titling and vehicle assignment process
