Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Handle daily paperwork that needs to be provided to corporate office staff. Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed. Maintain office organization and cleanliness standards. Handle correspondence, including email and phone inquiries.
Role requirements:
Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software. Ability to create a positive and motivating office environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on team collaboration
