Summary:Responsible for leading Office Administration, Human Resources, and Accounts Payable & Receivable activities for a 30-person manufacturing facility as part of Marmon Holdings | Berkshire Hathaway world class organization.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources
Payroll, attendance, and vacation organizationRecruiting, hiring & onboarding, and terminating hourly employeesBenefits, open enrollment, and restrictions managementLeading communications across teamListen and collaborate with employees as neededCoordinate with Corporate HRSafety & Environmental
Support OSHA & EPA complianceManage safety meetings and sustain improvementsSupport accident investigations and follow procedures in case of injuryAccounts Payable & Receivable
Match invoices to purchase orders and packing slips Voucher all inventory, outside service, and expense invoicesWork with vendors to resolve any invoice discrepanciesPrepare debit memos to return goods that have been rejectedOpen accounts with new vendors; prepare applications, W9 and ACH formsComplete month end accrualsMonitor accounts receivable; Manage activities to collect past due receivablesQualifications:
Knowledge of basic State & Federal employment lawsKnowledge of basic accounting principlesExperience with or ability to learn ERP software requiredProficient with corporate productivity tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and web presentation toolsCommunication – Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively across the organization, both verbal and writtenTeamwork – Collaborates with individuals and teams in an open-minded and actionable way; Manages conflicts rationally and respectfullyInnovation – Displays original thinking and creativity; Generates improvement suggestionsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldExperience in HR or Operational/Office Manager type role a plusBi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferredSalary range is commensurate with experience.
Range, $55,000.00-$71,000.00.
Pay Range:
