Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Oversee daily office activities, ensuring efficient management of all tasks + Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; place orders as necessary + Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and IT support + Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries + Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars + Manage accounts payable functions, including tracking expenses and assisting with vendor setup + Coordinate employee paperwork, including new hire enrollment and termination paperwork **Qualifications:** + Bilingual in Spanish Proven experience as an office manager, receptionist, or in a similar administrative role + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience + Experience in a customer-facing role + Strong organizational and time-management skills + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities + Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and Google Docs TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
