Job Summary:
The Office Manager will oversee a variety of day-to-day office, administrative, and support tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reception, administrative and clerical support, inventory control and office staff supervision.
Job Responsibilities
Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies and equipmentManages relationships with vendors, service providers and landlordDevelop office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented appropriatelyProvide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, mailing, and shipping packagesProvide ad-hoc support to office and other staff members and departments as needed, including organizing team events onsiteAssists and maintains various reports as requestedMaintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performanceOther duties as assignedJob Qualifications
Education and Certifications
Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experienceWork Experience
2+ years of office administration and clerical experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSkills

The Targeted Salary Range for this Illinois State position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
Hourly roles are overtime eligible; Operations roles are Productivity Pay eligible.
