This job is part of the Office Operations function to provide support to a smooth running of a client office, or business function. **The opportunity:** + Coordinate and manage the team daily activities not limited to work schedules, assign tasks, weekly safety inspections and walk about as per set KPI with clients. + Timely tracking of office occupancy, meeting rooms usage, and energy consumption as per client’s sustainability program. + Support employees on boarding program with card access issue and orientation of meeting room booking and usage. + Coordinate office activities with various department within client space for product training, sustainability program or HR related events like Townhalls or fireside chats. + Maintaining vendor relationship in the overall commitment to execute regular maintenance program either planned work orders or re-active request from users. + Provide solutions to productivity, efficiency and adaptability to the account + Work with respective FM on mitigating risks (via Harbour reporting) , identify change barriers and devise actions / strategies to overcome the barriers + Ensure deliverables in support of innovative drive to bring breakthrough solution to the account + Work with other FM from various countries to introduce efficiency in the daily, weekly or even monthly reporting + Apply in-depth knowledge of the process and requirement coupled with data analysis to accomplish innovation approach + Lead by example and model behaviour as per RISE value. Work to build consensus and convince others to achieve a common goal + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve daily and moderate complex issues which may or may not be covered in existing systems and processes **About you:** + Bachelor degree in Facilities Management (prefer) with minimum 5 years of work experience in Facilities related operations with relevant FM experience would be useful + Ability to exercise judgement and provide useful analysis based on multiple sources of information + Willingness to take new perspective with the existing solutions + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office products, for example Word, Excel, and Outlook **What's in it for you?** + Working alongside an experienced and established team/leader. + Our company is diverse, and so are the opportunities for professional and career development.
