Office Management Specialist

If you are attracted by the environment of an international company, but you prefer to develop your knowledge within local Facility management, then this position might suit you. You will be looking forward to a small and friendly team of facility specialists. As our team consists of five people, there will still be an opportunity to learn from more experienced colleagues.   

The Facility Management Team is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, safety, and maintenance of the office. The role supports day-to-day facility operations, preventive maintenance, and workplace services to ensure a safe, functional, and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.        

As a new member of a team you will be responsible mainly for: 

Manage reception team.Arrange office refreshments and caterings.Perform routine inspections and  regular checks of office cleaning.Respond to facility-related service requests and resolve issues promptly.Support space planning, office moves and day-to-day operation.Coordinate with external vendors and contractors.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Assist in emergency preparedness and response procedures.Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving programs.

Personality requirements and skills

Wage (gross) 1.700 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
