Job Title: Office Life and Services Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Office-based, Monday to Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organised Office Life and Services Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers and staff members, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office environment and develop their administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and courteouslyManage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up as requiredReceive and distribute post and deliveriesMaintain a tidy and presentable reception areaProvide general administrative support to the team as neededAssist with filing, scanning, and data entry tasksSupport with planning and coordination of internal and external eventsAssist with ad hoc tasks and requests as required

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA polite and professional telephone mannerStrong organisational skills and attention to detailBasic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft OfficeA positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnPrevious receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but not essentialGraphic design skills or experience is a plus, but not essential
