What You'll Do
As an Office Experience Specialist in BCG’s Houston office, you’ll play a central role in delivering an exceptional, welcoming, and highly functional workplace environment. As a highly visible member of the Office Experience team, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, setting the tone for the overall office experience. Under the supervision of the Office Experience & Events Manager, you’ll contribute to a polished, welcoming, and well-organized environment by taking a lead role in supporting operations, executing logistics, and delivering high-touch service that reflects BCG’s culture and standards.
Key responsibilities include:Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff entering the office—greeting them with professionalism and care, and managing their experience from arrival to departureManaging the front desk and inbox, responding to questions, requests, and service needs in a timely and thorough manner Oversee all office and meeting room requests, maintaining the office calendar and strategically managing reservations to ensure optimal space utilization and availabilityHandling visitor logistics including pre-arrival communication, security clearance, badging, and welcome materials to ensure a seamless guest experienceCoordinating and supporting the setup and execution of in-office meetings, including booking rooms, arranging catering, ordering supplies, and ensuring AV readiness Monitoring space usage and proactively resetting or preparing meeting rooms and communal spaces to maintain a consistent standard of quality and presentationSupport the appearance and functionality of the office by monitoring shared spaces, kitchens, and conference rooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked, properly configured, and ready for use.Maintaining kitchen areas by proactively restocking food and beverage items, cleaning surfaces and appliances, and monitoring kitchen inventory and equipmentParticipating in strategic planning around office culture, consistently offering innovative ideas to enhance the office experience.Ordering supplies and ensuring appropriate supplies are stocked and organized in shared workspaceLeading mailroom operations, including timely processing, distribution, and coordination of inbound and outbound mail and packages. Liaising with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve basic technology needs, including guest Wi-Fi, conference room displays, and hybrid meeting logistics Managing car service bookings, parking validation, and directional or wayfinding assistance for visitors and vendorsCollaborating with the Office Experience team on projects that enhance guest services, office functionality, and staff satisfactionProviding backup support to other front-of-house or office operations functions as needed, especially during peak days or coverage gapsYou're good at:

This role currently requires 5 days a week in office presence. This in-office plan allows for critically important learning, collaboration and networking with our colleagues.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below:
The base salary range for this role is $57,000-$63,000.
This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
