The PositionAs an Office Executive (Receptionist) in the Site Services department, you will provide specialized administrative support to executives, managers, and staff, managing complex tasks and duties. You will coordinate front desk activities, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees. You’ll assist with business travel arrangements, event organization, and office-related orders. In addition, you will support the Office Executive team during periods of high workload or absence to maintain seamless operations and ensure business continuity.
The Opportunity:
Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area for guests and employees.
Greeting and guiding visitors, including issuing badges, entrance cards, and parking reservations.
Handling incoming calls, general inquiries, and coordinating courier, taxi, and postal services.
Distributing mail, office supplies, and ensuring proper stock and delivery.
Supporting travel arrangements, internal events, and meeting logistics.
Creating purchase requests, purchase orders, and managing receipts and contracts in myBuy.
Coordinating with departments and providing administrative backup to leadership when needed.
Who you are:
1+ years of experience in office administration, reception, event management
Stakeholder management skills, ability to multi-task
Strong service orientation and communication skills
Precise, focused, accountable way of working, high level of organizational and problem solving skills
Proactive mindset and ability to adapt changes quickly
Team player attitude, accuracy, ability to meet deadlines and set the right priorities
Fluency in English & Hungarian
