Office Coordinator/Facilities Manager

Our client, an asset management firm, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Office Coordinator/Facilities Coordinator in Manhattan. The hours are 7:30am-4:30pm five days a week in their office.

Responsibilities:

Work with the administrative and facilities teams on overall office maintenance and facilities managementAssist with drafting emails and working on budgetsSet up office and kitchen supplies and monitor supply/stockAct as a liaison with building managementProvide coverage for administrative and facilities team membersPerform ad hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:

Must be familiar with Microsoft Office SuiteAble to lift boxes and assist with physical moves as neededExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:
