Reception & Front Office:\n\n•\tServe as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees with a warm, professional demeanor\n•\tAnswer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries\n•\tGreet visitors, manage reception area, and coordinate visitor access and security protocols\n•\tHandle mail distribution, package deliveries, and courier services\n\nExecutive Support:\n\n•\tProvide administrative support to executives including calendar management and appointment scheduling\n•\tCoordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for leadership team\n•\tPrepare meeting materials, take notes, and follow up on action items\n•\tHandle confidential information and correspondence with discretion\n•\tAssist with personal tasks and errands for executives as needed\n\nOffice Coordination:\n\n•\tOversee daily office operations and maintain a welcoming, organized work environment\n•\tManage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement\n•\tCoordinate office events, team meetings, and company functions\n•\tSupport facility maintenance, space planning, and office setup needs\n•\tAssist with new employee onboarding and general HR administrative tasks\n•\tMaintain filing systems, company records, and office documentation\n•\tSupport internal communications and employee engagement initiatives\n•\tHandle various administrative projects and tasks to support teams across the organization

Minimum Qualifications:\n•\tHigh school diploma required \n•\t2+ years of experience in reception, administrative support, or office coordination roles \n•\tExceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor \n•\tStrong organizational abilities and attention to detail \n•\tAbility to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and composure \n•\tProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management systems, and office equipment \n•\tDiscretion when handling confidential information \n•\tProfessional appearance and positive attitude\n\nDesired Qualifications\n•\tAssociate's degree or relevant certification in business administration or related field \n•\tExperience supporting executives or senior management \n•\tPrevious experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment \n•\tKnowledge of office management software and vendor relations \n•\tExperience with event planning and coordination \n•\tFlexible, adaptable approach to changing priorities and responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
