Are you an organized, people-focused professional looking for a stable weekday schedule? We’re seeking a **full-time Office Coordinator** to support our front office operations. This role offers **daylight hours, Monday through Friday** , with **no holiday shifts required** — perfect for those seeking work-life balance.
As the Office Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Practice Manager to lead front office staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be a key resource for patients, families, staff, and physicians, helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
· Previous experience with Epic is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right candidate!
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Accurately collect patient demographic, insurance, and referral information
· Ensure precise and efficient patient scheduling
· Foster a patient-centered culture aligned with consumer-focused initiatives
· Monitor and meet scheduling benchmarks, including template management
· Lead and coordinate front office staff scheduling and assignments
· Collaborate with the Central Billing Office on denial work queues
· Oversee daily charge input accuracy for both inpatient and outpatient services
· Manage staff orientation, training, and cross-training to ensure coverage
· Analyze patient caseload and physician intervals to maintain appropriate staffing
· Promote a positive customer service atmosphere through staff development and feedback
· Assist in hiring, evaluating, and supporting front office team members

Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
· **Bachelor’s Degree** in any field **plus at least 6 months of healthcare experience**
· **Associate’s Degree** in Healthcare, Business, or a related field **plus at least 1 year of healthcare experience**
· **High School Diploma or GED** **plus at least 2 years of healthcare experience**
**Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**
+ Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
+ Act 33 with renewal
+ Act 34 with renewal
+ Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
