Our client, a real estate investment firm located in Boston, is seeking an Office Coordinator to support their team during a parental leave running through March. This full-time, onsite position runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is compensating $26/hr. Responsibilities:

Greet guests and manage a multi-line phone system professionallyMaintain and organize office and kitchen supplies, conference rooms, and shared spacesDistribute mail and manage incoming/outgoing packagesCoordinate meetings and assist with scheduling, guest greetings, and technology setupProvide backup administrative support including travel booking and expense reportsAssist with social events and liaise with building maintenance as needed

Qualifications:
