The Account Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing a large and dynamic portfolio in the Seattle market, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This position offers the exciting challenge of coordinating between various departments and optimizing communication to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Area Manager, who will support your professional growth with mentorship and development opportunities within our innovative and forward-thinking organization. On a typical day you will:

Facilitate Customer Communication: Engage with customers regularly to ensure their needs are met and to enhance their experience with our services.Oversee Accounts Receivable: Manage billing and payment processes to maintain healthy financial operations and foster positive customer relationships.Administer Contracts: Review and manage contract details to ensure compliance and smooth operational execution.Interface with Field Teams: Coordinate with field staff to ensure effective service delivery and address operational challenges.

Develop and implement communication strategies to keep customers informed and satisfied.Collaborate with finance to track payments and address any discrepancies promptly.Work independently to organize contract documentation and ensure all parties are aligned with terms.Participate in daily meetings with field teams to address any immediate needs and plan for upcoming projects.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

Preferred Education: Minimum of an associate degree.Preferred Experience: At least two to three years in the elevator or a related industry.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Financial Acumen: Experience with accounts receivable systems and a solid understanding of accounting principles.Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
