JOB SUMMARY

The Office Coordinator coordinates office duties in compliance with regulations and Managed Care Organization (MCO) program rules.

 

JOB DUTIES

Meet customer service objectives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Promote cohesiveness in the office environment Support the day-to-day operations and client advocacy Communicate effectively Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures Demonstrate dependability Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Exhibit computer efficiency Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow Participate in professional development and training activities Prioritize and multitask effectively Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients Screen and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate people/department Provide administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and data entry tasks. Manage all incoming and outgoing mail Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair Ensure needed materials and supplies are readily available for office operations Process office-related tasks timely, including timesheets, packets, background checks, and projects Coordinate events, including reserving conference rooms and planning/ordering meals for meetings Bilingual preferred in various locations Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous office experience preferred Combination of education and experience
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
