About the client

A hugely successful international investment firm in Central London. Their offices are made up of approximately 130 people with a collaborative and hardworking environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent role, involving full front-of-house service to the London office as well as delivering a high standard of facilities support. You will be working alongside another Office Coordinator, effectively collaborating to provide an integrated service.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring a first-class service at Front of HouseProviding facilities and office supportManagement of conference rooms and facilitation of meetingsCollaborating with workplace and administration teamOversee kitchen and office supplies, including food, coffee, and stationery, as well as ensuring cleanliness and stock levels are maintainedAny other ad hoc duties as needed

Candidate specification

Prior experience of Front of house and or similar service roleHands on approach and team orientated attitudeWell-presented and approachableOrganised and proactive, able to manage tasks and solve problems effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAdaptable and resourceful in a high paced environment

Additional Information

Salary is competitive depending on experience, also comes with a discretionary bonusCore hours alternate between 8-5pm and 9-6pm, set by the two Office CoordinatorsFully office basedCompany benefits include 30 days holiday, pension, private healthcare and wellness benefits
