This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, anticipates needs, and enjoys being the go-to person for office support.

The Role:

Maintain and organize shared spaces and supply inventoryTrack and report administrative spend against budgetCoordinate office maintenance and cleaning with building managementSupport employee onboarding/offboarding, access, and workspace setupManage guest access and coordinate with building securityPrepare snacks, meals, and conference rooms for client visitsAssist with setting up trainings, social events, and recruiting interviewsHelp prepare legal document packets, interview materials, and onboarding kits

You:
