What will you do?Serve as the primary liaison between office team members and the property management team, coordinating communication and service requests Deliver a warm, professional experience to team members, clients, and guests while managing front desk and receptionist duties Oversee mail and freight logistics, ensuring timely delivery, proper labeling, and coordination with the loading dock team Maintain office supply levels and amenities, and manage conference room bookings and visitor access control Support executive operations by coordinating with Executive Assistants and ensuring the needs of TD Garden and Boston Bruins leadership are met
More about youHigh school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of previous office or clerical experience required Experience with operating a multiphone line system Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
