Job Description

Onin Staffing is excited to announce an opportunity for an Office Clerk in Woodstock, AL. The ideal candidate will have previous office administration experience and be comfortable handling a variety of tasks to support day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

💲 Pay: $19.50

⏰ Shift: 1st, Mon–Fri 7AM-4PM

Work Experience

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to office operations, including document preparation, filing, and data entryAssist with purchasing functions and related clerical tasksHandle basic bookkeeping duties as neededMaintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all tasksSupport multiple projects at once while prioritizing effectivelyDeliver excellent customer service and work collaboratively with team membersPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an office administrative role, preferably with a purchasing background or related fieldKnowledge of basic bookkeeping practicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
