Office Assistant- Part-Time

**Office Support Clerk (Temp)**
**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** $ 22.00/hour
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Clerk to assist with general clerical and administrative tasks in a manufacturing environment. This is a temporary, part-time position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Answer incoming calls and operate a multi-line switchboard
+ Perform data entry and general data processing tasks
+ Maintain office records and filing systems
+ Collect and input information into computer systems
+ Distribute and process incoming/outgoing mail
+ Support administrative programs and processes as assigned
+ Assist with accounting, production recording, and related office duties
**Requirements:**
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
+ High school diploma or GED preferred
+ Entry-level; no prior manufacturing experience required
+ Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if needed
+ Pre-placement background check required
+ Ability to stand continuously and perform frequent physical tasks including bending, lifting, reaching, and twisting
**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
