Liberty Healthcare operates a 10-bed psychiatric unit which serves adults who are justice-involved and experiencing acute mental illness. The unit is situated within the Maguire Correctional Facility, a San Mateo County jail located in Redwood City. As Liberty’s Office Assistant you will enjoy an array of responsibilities, including: + Providing administrative support to Liberty’s Director and mental health team + Organizing patient charts, electronic files, and other health data + Scheduling appointments and meetings + Composing and editing letters, memoranda, forms, and reports + Communicating with corporate office staff, jail custody staff, court officials, and other stakeholders + Assisting with various projects + Taking the initiative to find ways to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the program staff You will be required to work in-person onsite at the Maguire Correctional Facility, Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
