There is currently one vacancy located at Rea Elementary School, working 6 hours per day, 5 days per week, 10 months per year. Work hours are 12:00pm - 6:30pm with a 30 minute meal break. BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned administrator, perform a variety of clerical duties in support of an assigned school office; serve as receptionist answering phones and greeting and assisting students, parents and visitors; serve as a translator of oral and written materials to facilitate communication with non-English speaking students and members of the community. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid First Aid/CPR certificate issued by an authorized agency. Incumbents must be proficient in English and a designated second language.
