This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

Reception
Support all aspects of a successful reception area, which may include but not limited to the following tasks:
Answer incoming calls to the firm’s multi-line switchboard in an efficient and professional manner and redirect calls exercising good judgement. Responsible for picking up messages left after hours and distributing accordingly.
Greet external and internal guests in a professional and courteous manner, while answering information requests
Assist with booking and set-up of meeting room space – arrange meeting rooms for internal/external meetings or training, includes: assisting with arranging the space, setting up of A/V equipment, and catering (as required)
Responsible for off-island courier requests, including: tracking and payment processing
Office Administration
Document Production - typing, formatting and editing of proposals, reports, drafting standard and non-standard correspondence, financial statements, spreadsheets and presentations using MS Office and Google Suite, or proprietary software as required, while adhering to branding standards
Assist with meeting, event and hospitality coordination
Assist with the tracking, programing and issuance of office access cards
Provide support and assistance in relation to the firm’s hoteling system
Monitor and track of supplies
Travel arrangements
Prepare and submit expense reports and/or credit card reconciliations
Other duties that will enhance the effectiveness of the team which may include, but not limited to: business development activities or other special projects, updating contact lists, photocopying, scanning, filing, etc..

Strong client service focus in dealing with both external and internal clients, displaying an image of professionalism, discretion, integrity and tact

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
Excellent judgement and strong problem solving skills
Proficient technical skills in MS Office and Google Suite

Flexible to work beyond the standard working hours (if required)
Education Level (minimum requirement plus any additional desirable qualifications):
Completion of 5 CXC subjects
Secretarial certificate or similar
Experience Level (number of years required and in what fields / industries):
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
Preference given to those candidates with professional services and/or industry experience
