We’re currently looking for an Office and Tire Sales Administrator to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role is responsible for organizing office operations and procedures and oversees customer and/or client communication.

What You’ll Do:

Guide customers in selecting the right tires based on their needs and preferences Answer incoming phone calls and route appropriately Provide accurate information to callers Advise customers with tire selection and services Distribute messages to the appropriate personnel Assisting in maintaining files with regards to production orders, invoices, and shipments and aftermarket orders, invoices, and shipments Assist with billing and invoices Greet visitors and informs appropriate personnel Distribution of incoming mail and packages Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support daily operations

What You Need:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Sales experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs Basic computer skills required Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers Ability to read and verify work order information Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
