Our client, a leading firm in the construction and design-adjacent space, is seeking an on-site Office Manager/Project Manager to join their team in Elkridge, MD. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a driven and personable professional with strong project management skills and a proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About the Job:
Manage full project lifecycles from proposal to invoicing, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Track project billing, work-in-progress (WIP), insurance, and receivables.
Provide operational support to leadership, including calendar management, priority tracking, and safeguarding leadership's time.
Oversee all office management functions, including reception, onboarding, policy maintenance, benefits administration, and coordination of IT/software licenses.
Maintain accurate financial records, project documentation, and operational reports.
About You:
5+ years of project management experience, preferably within construction, architecture, engineering, or accounting environments.
Strong financial acumen and recordkeeping skills.
Proactive, organized, and highly protective of leadership's time.
Personable and thrives in a friendly, fast-paced, and collaborative culture.
Adept at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
About the Position:
Pay: $38-$45/hr ($80K-$95K annually)
Temp-to-perm
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
100% onsite in Elkridge, MD.
