They focus on providing secure, efficient, and user-friendly systems that streamline transactions, enhance customer experience, and support various payment methods including contactless and mobile payments. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** As the Office & Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Auckland head offices for Invenco by GVR based in Northcote and Teletrac Navman based in Rosedale. This role is pivotal in ensuring our workplaces are safe, compliant, and running smoothly, with a strong emphasis on building management, contractor coordination, and health and safety leadership. To break it down, your responsibilities will include: + Facilities and Building Management + Act as the primary liaison with the landlords, cleaners, security, and other service providers. + Manage all aspects of building maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, including coordination of contractors and provide project oversight. + Office Operations + Procure and manage office supplies, merchandise, and consumables to meet operational needs, including restocking of cafeteria fridges for weekly office drinks. + Coordinate internal communications via noticeboards, SharePoint, and email updates. + Health, Safety and Wellbeing + Lead the implementation and monitoring of health and safety practices in the offices. + Maintain and track risk assessments, audits, and incident reports, ensuring timely resolution of issues. + Administrative Support + Manage and process office-related invoices and expenses in collaboration with the Finance team, ensuring all relevant approvals are in place. + Prepare quarterly budget reports on building and office-related expenditures and contribute into annual budgeting process for building improvements and maintenance. **ABOUT YOU** At Invenco by GVR, we believe in YOU.
