... As an Office Administrator, you'll be the friendly face and organized force that keeps our operations running smoothly at a bustling data center. You'll assist engineers with daily administrative support, answer calls, manage essential office functions, and handle time-sensitive requests with professionalism and precision. Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact - answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries

Maintain office functionality: faxing, filing, scanning, copying, and printing

Support engineers with time-sensitive and confidential administrative tasks

Order and manage office supplies, handle shipping/receiving logistics, and keep inventory stocked (including branded apparel)

Coordinate office lunches and monthly lunch calendar

Ensure conference rooms are meeting-ready and assist with client meeting preparation

Help plan and organize company events and staff activities

Make occasional store runs and bank deposits

Support onboarding by assembling new hire materials and workstations

Provide backup coverage for the finance team as needed

Train co-ops/interns and support a positive team culture

Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures

Troubleshoot office equipment and manage vendor relationships

Stay sharp with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be ready to learn new tools as needed

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Experience working in a technical, engineering, or data center environment

Previous exposure to vendor management or light procurement tasks

Event planning or employee engagement experience a plus

Familiarity with basic financial processes and logistics

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative or office support role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Proven ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information

Must pass a background clearance check

Reliable transportation for occasional off-site errands

Friendly, can-do attitude with the desire to grow and contribute
